saturday and a party

First: A Friday photo recap.

In PYM we had a visit from a Bean Life Sciences Museum docent who brought along a tarantula, ball python, and a red tagu that's pictured below!

it's like a mini komodo dragon. sweet.

Then I flew out of SLC that night and realized I could've had a free drink on the house if I was old enough/did that sort of thing!

Then there was this inspirational note in the Oakland bathroom.

And a piano player setting the stage for any Vday reunions at the airport.

And then I finally got to meet my Valentine!!

LOLA! And Lilly isn't even mad about it. 

Now it's on to today. K was having a party tonight so we spent a lot of the day preparing for it, starting with a grocery run and then getting VCR/DVD players set up. And then A had a basketball game in the afternoon!

And while K's party was going on everyone but Mom went to see The Lego Movie which I would highly recommend. Very funny and even a catchy signature song!

And then just for big A I'll post her Flappy Bird accomplishment. Now we're both tied at a high score of 18! New record.

you bet that's a bronze medal right there.

Now it's off to bed so I can get up for church at 10 instead of 10:40. More pictures and adventures to come tomorrow, I'm sure!
